What We Do

We manage investment properties in GTA by taking care of following 3 things:

1. Find a tenant who will look after our property well & is capable enough to pay on timely basis.

2. Support tenant should anything breaks down.

3. Refer tenant to our in house lawyer should he defaults or refuses to pay rent.
(We pay lawyers + LTB charges)

While Realtors take care of selecting a "Reliable tenant", lawyer steps in (At no extra cost) to deal with defaulting tenant should it ever occur.

Our Realtor's look for things like -

  • Job Letter / Pay stubs / NOA
  • Checking with Employer / Length of employment
  • Credit check
  • How many people will stay
  • Smokers / pets if any
  • Why are they relocating?
  • Status – Citizens / Visitors
  • Guarantors if any.

Lawyer steps in if -

  • Tenant refuses / fails to pay.
  • Refuses to vacate.
  • Conducting illegal activities etc.
